AI Is My Smallest Studio
On using AI not as a shortcut, but as a quiet studio for making more things.
I do not use AI because I want less craft. I use it because I want more attempts.
The most exciting thing about modern AI tools is not raw speed. It is the feeling of having a small studio open at all hours. I can sketch an interface, test a tone, reshape a product idea, or interrogate an assumption before momentum disappears.
That matters to me because so much of creative work is emotional timing. The first spark is fragile. If the path from idea to draft is too long, the energy thins out. AI shortens that path.
What I still care about is taste. Taste decides what survives the first draft. Taste decides what is too obvious, what feels heavy, and what deserves one more pass.
So when I say I love building with AI, I do not mean I want the machine to replace the work. I mean I want a more responsive room to work inside.
